As the world of work continues to change, the role and attributes of leaders continue to be debated and reviewed. At the end of 2021, we surveyed 1,077 employees and 828 leaders and interviewed 35 HR Executives in 34 countries to obtain a comprehensive, balanced view of leadership.

Amanda is the Vice President for Talogy in the Middle East and Africa, one of the world’s largest groups of Occupational Psychologists in the world. Her passion lies in the design of leadership assessment and development programs, cultural change, succession planning and talent management. Amanda holds an MBA from Georgetown & ESADE Universities, a Bachelors in Psychology & Sociology from the University of Kent UK, and is an Accredited International Company Director (AICD). Today, Amanda is a regular contributor on Dubai Eye Radio lending her human capital insights to current global affairs.
Najat is the Director of Strategy, Organisational Development and Human Resources at the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority (QFCRA) Najat holds a BSc, MRes and is working towards her Doctorate enriching knowledge and expertise in the HR landscape of Qatar. She also holds prestigious fellowships of the CIPD and the CMI. She is an ACC of the International Coaching Federation and accredited by the British Psychological Society.
Ruba is the Head of HR for The CB Innovation Services. In addition, she is a Senior HR Business Partner for the Banking Operations and Technology Departments in Commercial Bank. A seasoned HR professional, her key focus is on strategic HR matters, providing advisory and consultation to C-Suite and Senior Leadership teams. Her expertise lies in people strategy, organisational design, change management, transformational projects and people performance.
Emma is a Senior Business Psychologist whose passion lies partnering with her clients in order to develop effective and sustainable talent management solutions that enhances individual and team performance, as well as deliver on key strategic business outcomes.
